    "Unive"? The word is incomplete but I grant you meant "universel.’ The translation of that one would be

    "Universal Monitor"

    Even if you are doing your project in English, you CANNOT change the name of the newspaper because it was never published in English. Its full name was "Gazette nationale ou le Moniteur universel." So in your project you would write, for example, "According to the Gazette nationale ou le Moniteur universel, …" Don’t forget to use italics for the name of the newspaper.
